Renoir Staffing is seeking a Leasing Agent to excel in sales, marketing and customer service for property management clients. The role collaborates with the Property Manager and maintenance teams to ensure high-quality service and resident satisfaction.

The position involves conducting tours via in-person or Zoom, assisting applicants with the application process, creating marketing ads, and handling routine reporting. You will support residents with work orders and complete move-in walkthroughs.

Responsabilidades

• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
• Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom
• Assists applicant with the application process
• Creates and updates marketing ads
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
• Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
• Completes move-in walk-through with new residents
