Renoir Staffing, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent in Los Angeles to drive sales, marketing, and exceptional customer service for residential properties.

You will partner with the Property Manager and maintenance team to show apartments, screen applicants, handle applications, and keep vacancy reports current. This role offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities to contribute to property performance.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
• Tours prospective residents in person or via Zoom
• Assists applicants with the rental application process
• Creates and updates marketing advertisements for vacancies
• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Property Manager
• Assists residents with work orders and maintenance requests
• Conducts move-in inspections with new residents

General functions of the leasing Agent:

• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner
• Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom
• Assists applicant with the application process
• Creates and updates marketing ads
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
• Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
• Completes move-in walk-through with new residents
