The ideal candidate will work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance staff to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes, while handling tours, applications, marketing ads, and regular reporting.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed effectively and in a timely manner.
• Tours prospective residents via in-person or Zoom.
• Assists applicant with the application process.
• Creates and updates marketing ads.
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager.
• Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home.
• Completes move-in walk-through with new residents.
