Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. is seeking a Leasing Agent responsible for managing daily leasing functions and the renewal process within our Manhattan portfolio.

As a Leasing Agent, you will collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Leasing, Marketing, and Sales to provide exceptional service to residents. Your daily tasks will require prioritization, multitasking, creativity, initiative, and a diverse skill set. You will listen to prospective residents’ needs, recommend solutions, address concerns, and guide them through the leasing process. Our team fosters positive energy, resolves issues promptly, and makes everyone feel welcome.

Salary Range: $60K - $70K

Responsibilities

• Must be flexible and available to work on-site at properties to lease apartments.
• Assess property condition to facilitate timely transitions.
• Respond to all online and direct call inquiries.
• Schedule showings with prospective tenants and brokers.
• Conduct open houses to increase traffic.
• Tour prospective tenants through apartments and amenities, demonstrating strong sales ability.
• Process lease applications, including qualifying prospects, credit checks, and preparing financial snapshots for approval.
• Prepare leases and coordinate security deposits and first payments.
• Track daily traffic and analyze data to convert leads into leases.
• Research market conditions and prepare comparative reports to recommend pricing.
• Assist SVP and Leasing Director with ad hoc projects and responsibilities.
• Maintain communication with team members to ensure cohesive operations.
