EXR is looking for licensed real estate salespersons to join our top tier New Development leasing team for upcoming projects in Downtown Brooklyn and Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.

This position is commission based, and you will be provided with daily company leads.

High performing agents are incentivized and provided with opportunities to be on a leasing team for one of our many future exclusive new developments.

Associate with one of the highest performing boutique firms in NYC, and have unlimited access to our exclusive listings, state-of-the-art tech, and hands-on mentoring and management support to achieve your goals.

We provide competitive splits, and healthy incentives and compensation for bringing your landlord clients.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years experience in initial lease-up of new development, be able to commit full time, and exhibit excellent communication skills optimal customer service.
