1. Prepare, execute, and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
2. Receive and process lease applications.
3. Maintain accurate and organized records of leases, applications, and other relevant documents.
4. Address resident concerns, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
5. Coordinate move-in/move-out processes.
