Job summary

Ovation is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for our Las Vegas communities. You will show and lease apartments, deliver outstanding resident service, and ensure policy compliance while representing Ovation’s reputation for quality living.

The schedule features 8‑hour shifts with weekend work and overtime as needed. Starting at $17.00 per hour, the role includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match) and rental‑assistance perks.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic Leasing Agent, preferably with OneSite knowledge. YieldStar knowledge is a great plus! We have multiple openings in multiple locations in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin at one of our premiere apartment communities with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high‑quality lifestyle for their residents.
