Ovation, a Las Vegas based real estate developer and manager, seeks a dedicated Affordable Housing Leasing Agent for a premier Las Vegas community. You will show and lease apartments, liaise with residents, and uphold policy adherence while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3 years leasing experience, LIHTC knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 3 years Leasing Agent experience required.
• LIHTC / Section 42 experience preferred.
• Show and lease apartments to residents.

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.

We have an opening at one of our beautiful Affordable Housing properties, which is a premiere apartment community in Las Vegas with a design, construction, and management team that has earned a reputation for providing a high-quality lifestyle for their residents.

• Must have 3 years Leasing Agent experience
