Renoir Staffing, LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Leasing Agent focused on Tax Credit programs, sales, marketing and customer service.

You will process resident files, coordinate with Property Manager, manage recertifications, ensure regulatory compliance, assist applicants, maintain wait lists, and prepare reports. Responsabilidades

• Processes and maintains accurate resident files
• Works with Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work
• Processes re-certifications and renewals on time
• Ensures applicants and residents are in compliance with government regulations
• Assists applicants with the application process
• Creates and updates the wait list
• Completes daily, weekly, or monthly reports
• Assists residents with work orders or issues in their home
• Completes move-in walk through with new residents

General functions of the Tax Credit leasing Agent:

• Processes and maintains accurate resident files
• Works closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed
• Processes re-certifications and renewals on time
• Ensures that all applicants and residents are in compliance with government regulations
• Assists applicant with the application process
• Creates and updates the wait list
• Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager
• Assists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
• Completes move-in walk through with new residents
