Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased to own and optimize the schedule for a portfolio of Data Center projects. You’ll partner with Delivery and Project Controls to forecast risks, enable timely delivery, and drive schedule health across the DEC Technical Operations teams.

The role requires SME-level expertise in Primavera P6, extensive scheduling leadership, and strong cross-functional collaboration to align commercial and program guidance. Expect 25–50% travel to sites and offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of planning, scheduling, construction management, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• SME in Primavera P6 and/or other scheduling methodologies.
• Experience developing/managing an Owner’s planning/scheduling program.
• Experience with Data Center/Infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end schedule updates and interface with risk management and cross-functional partners.
• Communicate schedule risks through defined processes and health reviews.
• Manage vendor and contractor schedule performance.
• Lead baseline schedule development and optimization for speed to market.
• Oversee EOT delay tracking and claims in alignment with contract guidance.
• Identify and escalate Proactive Risk Indicators to Health Reviews.
• Lead a small consultant team for schedule management as needed.
• Travel 25–50% to data center sites and Meta offices.
