Job summary

Meta seeks an Area Schedule Lead, Leased to oversee all scheduling for a portfolio of Data Center projects of strategic importance. You will be a technical schedule SME, partnering with Delivery Team and Project Controls Lead to forecast risks, ensure on-time delivery, and support commercial accountability across site PM, pre-construction, contracts, finance, sourcing, and operations engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• SME in Primavera P6 and/or scheduling methodologies.
• Experience managing an Owner’s planning/scheduling program.
• Experience with Data Center or large construction programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end schedule updates and interface with risk management.
• Identify and communicate schedule risks through formal processes.
• Manage contractor and vendor scheduling activities.
• Lead baseline schedule development and optimization for speed to market.
• Oversee EOT tracking and delay/claims processes with site teams.
• Identify proactive risk indicators and escalations to health reviews.
• Possibly lead a small team of consultants for schedule management.
• Travel approximately 25-50% to other Data Center sites.
