Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased for a portfolio of Data Center projects. This leadership role requires expert scheduling oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on speed to market.

You will forecast, escalate risks, manage contractor schedules, and lead a small team of consultants to ensure on-time delivery across multiple sites, with substantial travel. The role partners with Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Sourcing, and Operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Planning, Scheduling, or Construction Management experience.
• Experience with Data Center or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end schedule updates with risk management and cross-functional partners.
• Identify and communicate schedule risks through defined processes and health reviews.
• Manage contractor schedule development and evaluation during pre-con.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and schedule analysis across the program.
• Oversee a team of consultants for schedule management.
• Travel 25-50% to data center sites and Meta offices.
