Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased for critical data center projects, focused on speed to market and strong forecast controls. You will oversee all schedule management, health reporting, and change control for the Leased portfolio, partnering with Delivery, Contracts, Finance, and other teams to drive timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or Related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Equivalent Technical Field.
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6 and/or other scheduling methodologies.
• Experience developing/managing an Owner’s planning/scheduling program.
• Experience with Data Center, Infrastructure or Construction programs.
• Analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization and reporting skills.
• Experience leading complex project coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing and driving actions based on metrics.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to influence direction.

Responsibilities

• End to end schedule coordination and updates, interfacing with risk management and alignment with partners.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks through defined processes and reviews.
• Accountable for all aspects of vendor and Contractor schedule management.
• Contractor baseline schedule development and evaluation during pre-con, ensuring adherence and optimization.
• Manage EOTs and claims, advising site teams and escalating where needed.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and ad-hoc schedule analyses to support programs.
• Lead a small team of consultants to support schedule management.
• Travel 25-50% to other Data Center sites and Meta Offices.
