Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased Data Centers in Menlo Park, CA to oversee schedule management for the Leased portfolio. The role partners with the Delivery Team and Project Controls Lead to forecast and mitigate schedule risks, ensuring alignment with program guidance and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with DEC Technical Operations and cross-functional teams to manage risk, reporting, and escalation, driving speed to market across critical data center projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end schedule coordination for large data center projects.
• Strong ability to identify and communicate schedule risks and mitigation strategies.
• Proven track record in coordinating with cross-functional teams including finance, contracts, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end schedule coordination and updates for the Leased data centers portfolio.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks using formal processes (risk registers, health reviews).
• Manage vendor and contractor schedule management and baseline schedules for pre-construction and execution.
• Lead optimization of schedules for speed to market and on-time delivery.
