Job summary

Meta seeks an Area Schedule Lead, Leased Data Centers to oversee end-to-end schedule management for a portfolio of key projects. You will partner with the Delivery Team and Project Controls to forecast risks and drive on-time delivery while maximizing speed to market across the Leased portfolio.

The role requires strong expertise in Primavera P6, program scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with Site Project Management, Contracts, Finance and Sourcing. Travel 25-50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in planning, scheduling, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience managing Owner’s planning/scheduling programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end schedule coordination and updates with cross-functional partners.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks and mitigation plans.
• Oversee contractor schedule management and baseline development.
• Evaluate contractor EOT requests and advise on contractual alignment.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and ad-hoc schedule analysis as needed.
• Supervise a small team of schedulers; travel 25–50% as required.
