Meta in the United States is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased Data Centers to own end-to-end schedule management for a portfolio of critical projects. You will partner with the Delivery Team and Project Controls to forecast, mitigate risks, and drive on-time delivery.

This leadership role requires Primavera P6 expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to optimize schedules for speed to market across multiple sites, with significant travel.

Formación

• 10+ years of Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6 or other scheduling software.
• Experience developing/managing an Owner’s planning/scheduling program.
• Experience with Data Center, Infrastructure or Construction programs with complex commissioning.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, organization and reporting skills.
• Experience leading complex project or program planning and coordination amongst a large group of internal and external project stakeholders.
• Experience developing and driving actions or operational adjustments based on schedule or project controls performance metrics.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to influence strategic direction.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end schedule coordination and updates, including interface with risk management and proactive communication with cross-functional partners.
• Identifies, documents, and communicates schedule risks through defined processes and health reviews.
• Accountable for contractor schedule management and baseline development; optimize for speed to market.
• Oversee contractor EOT discussions and claims; ensure alignment with contract and program guidance.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and ad-hoc schedule analysis to support program needs.
• Lead a small team of consultants to support schedule management.
• Approximately 25-50% travel to other Data Center sites and Meta offices.
