Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased to oversee scheduling for a portfolio of Data Center projects. You will partner with the Delivery Team and Project Controls Lead to forecast risks, manage schedule health, and ensure timely delivery across the Leased portfolio.

You will lead contractor schedule management, EOT processes, and proactive risk reviews, while coordinating with Site Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, Sourcing and Operations Engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Subject Matter Expert in Primavera P6 and/or other scheduling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end schedule coordination and updates with risk management interface.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks through defined processes.
• Accountable for contractor schedule management and baseline schedules.
• Lead EOT tracking and claims; ensure alignment with contract and program guidance.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and ad-hoc schedule analyses as required.
• Manage a small team of consultants to support schedule management.
