Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of direct professional experience in Commercial Management, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to align on project scope, schedule, and deliverables through structured communication.
• Experience with large capital projects, leased data center development, ground-up construction, greenfield site development, and retrofit construction.
• Experience in all aspects of preconstruction: budget development, scheduling, change management, risk management, negotiation, and contract administration.
• Experience in construction schedules, costs, supply-chain analysis, risk analysis, labor markets, project cash flows, and commercial contract terms and contract delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and influence fast-paced lease negotiations with data center developers while balancing risk, cost, and schedule.
• Execute large-scale commercial agreements from design kickoff through construction start, coordinating inputs across teams.
• Lead program management alignment across preconstruction projects, compare cost, schedule, and risk.
• Report project status, risk, budget, and schedule guidance to leadership with KPI insights.
• Provide bid leveling by analyzing external partner responses for scope completeness and pricing accuracy.
