Job summary

Meta is hiring an Area Schedule Lead, Leased to oversee schedule management and reporting for a portfolio of Data Center projects. This role partners with Delivery Team and Project Controls to forecast risks and drive on-time delivery.

Candidate will manage contractor schedules, apply EOT logic, and lead a team of schedulers, with significant interdepartmental collaboration and travel to Meta sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in planning, scheduling, construction management, or related field.
• Expert in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software.
• Experience with data center, infrastructure or complex construction programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks through defined processes.
• Own contractor baseline schedule development and evaluation for early delivery.
• Lead EOT and delay tracking with guidance aligned to contracts.
• Coordinate proactive risk indicators and escalations to health reviews.
• Direct a team of schedulers and partner with site teams across programs.
• Travel 25–50% to other Data Center sites and Meta offices.
