Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to align scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Experience with large capital projects, leased data center development, and retrofit/construction.
• Expertise in preconstruction: budget development, scheduling, risk, and contract administration.
• Knowledge of change management, risk analysis, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and influence lease negotiations with data center developers.
• Lead preconstruction program management across multiple projects.
• Provide budget, schedule, and risk guidance; report KPIs to leadership.
• Coordinate with Engineering for scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Interface with Contracts Management to ensure proper terms and agreements.
• Develop and implement new processes, tools, and procurement roadmaps.
