Job summary

Meta is seeking an Area Schedule Lead, Leased for its Data Center portfolio. You will oversee all schedule management and reporting, driving speed to market and partnering with Delivery and Project Controls leads to forecast and mitigate risks, while ensuring effective schedule change management.

The role requires Primavera P6 expertise, leadership of a small team if needed, and ~25–50% travel to sites and Meta offices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Planning, Scheduling, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience with Data Center, Infrastructure or construction programs.
• Mastery of schedule management processes and risk reviews.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end schedule coordination with risk management and cross-functional partners.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule risks through defined processes.
• Manage vendor and contractor schedule management and baselines.
• Lead contractor EOT processes and delay tracking in line with contracts.
• Lead proactive risk indicators and escalate to health reviews.
• Potentially lead a small team of consultants for schedule management.
• Travel 25–50% to other Data Center sites and Meta offices.
