Job summary

Meritus Property Group is seeking a seasoned Lease-Up Leasing Consultant to launch a new multifamily community in Vancouver, WA. This high‑velocity, sales‑driven role requires urgency, discipline, and a strong closing mindset to hit aggressive lease‑up goals.

You will conduct polished tours, manage leads, guide applicants through the process, and use Yardi/CRM to track activity and drive results.

Qualifications

• Minimum multifamily leasing experience required.
• Prior lease-up experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Polished, professional demeanor with closing style.
• Ability to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, Sales & Conversion: Lease apartments with urgency and a strong closing mindset.
• Conduct compelling, polished tours and present pricing, amenities, and floor plans.
• Follow up relentlessly with every lead until lease or disposition.
• Maintain accurate guest card notes and document activity in the system.
• Lead generation and outreach through local partnerships and events.
• Utilize Yardi/CRM to manage applications, availability, and move‑ins.
• Support model presentations, signage, and leasing office presentation.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure models and amenities are tour‑ready.
