Job summary

This role blends leasing with hands-on property management, including resident communications and operations support.

Initial focus on maintaining a robust leasing pipeline, coaching the sales team, and ensuring timely move-ins while coordinating with Maintenance, Construction, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive multifamily property management, leasing, or sales experience; lease-up or new development experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive leasing performance, manage a sales pipeline, and support aggressive occupancy and stabilization goals.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Community Manager in the overall day-to-day operation of the community, helping ensure operational, financial, leasing, resident experience, and business performance goals are achieved.
• Takes a lead role in the execution of the community’s lease-up strategy and maintains visibility into leasing, occupancy, pre-leasing, move-in, and stabilization goals.
• Monitors performance against the lease-up plan, identifies gaps or risks, and develops action plans to improve results.
• Maintains understanding of unit availability, inventory needed to achieve upcoming leasing goals.
• Leads leasing activities and supports tours, follow-up, application conversion, and closings.
