Job summary

Greystar in Vancouver, WA seeks a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a new 284-unit community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease documents, and ensure a smooth move-in process.

You’ll monitor market conditions, develop marketing plans, and drive occupancy through referrals, employer outreach, and online campaigns while using OneSite/Yardi to manage data and show units that meet

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease documents.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and ensures units are ready; coordinates outstanding items with maintenance.
• Monitors market conditions and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Designs marketing activities to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, and internet marketing.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, data, and demographics.
• Ensures show units meet company standards; coordinates maintenance and upkeep with team.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and drives lease renewals.
• Supports lease renewal programs by preparing renewal letters and coordinating signing.
