Job summary

SyRES Properties LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager in Beaverton to support and drive lease-up in a fast-paced community. You will lead tours, respond to prospects, and coach the sales team while partnering with Maintenance, Construction, and Marketing to hit occupancy goals.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily leasing or property management, a strong sales mindset, and proficiency with property management systems like Yardi. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Minimum 3 years in multifamily property management, leasing, or sales.
• Strong ability to drive leasing, interpret data, and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease-up strategy and manage weekly, monthly leasing goals.
• Monitor leasing funnel: leads, tours, applications, leases, and move-ins.
• Coach and motivate leasing team; coordinate with Marketing and Community Manager.
• Oversee resident accounts, payments, collections, and warranty tracking.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Construction, and vendors to ensure readiness.
• Provide reporting on performance, risks, and opportunities with action plans.
