Responsibilities include inspecting work, coordinating with vendors, documenting work orders, and supporting grounds and common areas. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required; salary is $18.00–$24.00 hourly

Qualifikationen

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certification required.
• State and local certifications as required for all Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per policies and codes.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and minor painting as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
