Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lease-Up Project Manager to oversee lease-up efforts for new properties, coordinating site teams and ensuring timely move-ins while meeting occupancy targets. Knowledge of housing programs such as Section 42 and Section 8 is essential.

You will work closely with on-site staff and regional leadership, maintaining accurate records and reporting performance metrics. A strong focus on compliance, communication, and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in new construction lease-up.
• 2+ years on-site Community Manager experience.
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager Software for property management.
• Familiar with Section 42, Section 8 housing programs.
• Strong organization and scheduling to meet occupancy goals.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with onsite and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease-up across multiple properties and coordinate move-ins.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and local regulations.
• Develop move-in schedules and assign tasks with on-site staff.
• Report occupancy, performance, and financial metrics to Regional Manager and VP.
• Maintain applicant files and documentation.
• Coordinate with marketing to sustain lease-up momentum.
• Update property records and manage move-ins/move-outs.
