Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Lease-Up Project Manager to oversee lease-up for new properties, coordinating leasing activities, reviewing applications, and ensuring move-ins meet occupancy goals. This role partners with on-site staff and regional leadership to deliver timely results and maintain compliance with housing program requirements.

With strong experience in new construction lease-up, on-site property management, and proficiency in Yardi, you will drive schedules, track performance, and support

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in new construction lease-up.
• At least 2 years of on-site Community Manager experience.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager for property management.
• Familiarity with Section 42 and Section 8 housing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lease-up process across multiple properties and coordinate move-ins.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs and local regulations.
• Develop move-in schedules to meet occupancy targets.
• Report property performance and occupancy metrics to leadership.
• Coordinate with marketing to sustain lease-up momentum.
• Document prospect communications and maintain timely application processing.
• Maintain property records and update Yardi daily.
