• Associates Degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 3+ years in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Community marketing and sales program to achieve resident occupancy.
• Develops relationships with local professionals to maximize referrals.
• Promotes a positive social media presence with content that reflects our values.
• Oversees marketing channels including paid advertising, digital platforms, and traditional outreach.
• Bridges marketing and sales with lead generation, nurturing, and revenue-driving activities.
• Delivers warm, tailored tours for prospective residents and families.
• Implements follow-up strategies to address inquiries promptly.
