Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances.
• Conduct apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days with turnover checklist.
• Maintenance of common areas including cleaning and basic property upkeep.
• Monitor building exterior and safety of equipment; participate in preventive maintenance.
