Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and completes work orders and routine maintenance to meet company standards.
• Manages make-ready process for vacant apartments and schedules vendors.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of grounds, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspects work for quality, enforces safety, and reports findings.
• Assists in budgeting for repairs and capital projects; supports cost control.
• Attends safety meetings and ensures OSHA compliance.
