Responsibilities

• Prepares vacant units for leasing via the make-ready process and inspections.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, buildings and common areas.
• Inspects work by contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and orders supplies within budget.
• Conducts safety meetings and stays up-to-date with OSHA and safety laws.
