Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is seeking a Lease-Up Maintenance Supervisor for Alexan Azalea in Arcadia, CA. The role leads daily maintenance operations, ensures compliance with company policies and local regulations, and oversees budget adherence and safety programs.

The position requires multi-trade maintenance skills, strong customer service, and the ability to mentor the maintenance team while coordinating with property leadership.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance is required
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to use general office equipment, such as telephone, fax machine, printer, copier, and key track system.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
• Must comply with all safety requirements.
• Required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure service requests and unit turns meet standards.
• Review and track service requests; identify chronic issues and respond promptly.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and general upkeep.
