Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Lease-Up Property Manager to oversee operations at Alexan Azalea, driving lease administration, resident satisfaction, and property performance.

Lead daily property activities, coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams, and ensure client expectations are met with exceptional service. 2–3 years PM experience preferred; valid driver’s license required. Salary range is $100,000–$110,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required as minimum
• 2–3 years of property management experience required
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred
• Salesforce.com and Yardi Voyager knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property
• Oversee lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management
• Maintain property P&L and marketing activities
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff
• Lead and coach associates to maximize performance
• Implement and monitor marketing plans to attract residents
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office
• Ensure compliance with landlord rules and regulations
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
