Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Lease Up Community Manager for a Redmond property. You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, and leasing activities to drive occupancy and financial performance. The role includes supervising staff, managing owner relationships, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, discounts, and renewals; ensure timely rent collection.
• Provide updates to owner/clients and respond to owner requests as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
