PURE HomeRiver is seeking a Property Manager to balance daily operations with delivering exceptional experiences for residents and owners. The role focuses on accurate records, timely communication, and adherence to housing laws, with in-office collaboration and a solutions-first mindset.

You will manage owner and tenant inquiries, review invoices, monitor rents, and oversee leasing activities, while maintaining property condition and compliance.

Qualifications

• MT property management license or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Residential property management experience is a bonus.
• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle tenant and owner inquiries with clear, professional communication.
• Review invoices and coordinate payments with property owners.
• Monitor rents, delinquencies and issue notices or evictions as needed.
• Maintain lease files, complete lease agreements, and track compliance.
