Job summary

Omninet Capital, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention and client satisfaction while assisting the Community Manager.

You will tour properties, qualify prospects, process applications, prepare lease files, and maintain records.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of one year of customer service and/or sales experience.
Minimum of one year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Rent apartment homes: generate traffic, respond to inquiries, greet prospects, tour, qualify, and close the sale by obtaining an application and deposit.
Visually inspect property daily and coordinate with Maintenance; ensure model units are presentable.
Demonstrate community features and apply product knowledge to client needs; close the sale.
Process rental applications, obtain documents, schedule move-ins and prepare lease files.
Maintain lease files and record traffic; convert at least 30% to leases.
Assist in lease renewals and prepare renewal documents; contact residents 90 days before term ends.
Schedule move-in packages and keep competitor rate surveys up to date.
