Job summary

Peak Living in Minnesota is seeking a qualified Leasing Specialist to join our team. Under the Community Manager, you will support all community operations, handle leasing duties, show apartments, gather applicant information, and process applications and deposits.

You will prepare renewal paperwork, review resident files for delinquencies, and help organize resident activities to boost retention. The role requires prior onsite leasing experience, a high school diploma, and clear English

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant in multi-family housing, hospitality or similar industry is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer service, leasing duties, and showings.
• Prepare all paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Process renewal letters and secure lease renewals.
• Review resident files for delinquencies and collect balances.
• Organize resident activities, newsletters, and retention efforts.
