Peak Living is seeking a qualified Leasing Specialist to support and assist with community operations under the Community Manager. The role focuses on leasing, customer service, and marketing standards across multi-family communities.

The candidate should have prior onsite leasing experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication skills. The position offers PTO, holidays, comprehensive benefits, and 401k matching.

Competenze

• Experience in onsite Leasing Consultant role preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to communicate in English required.

Mansioni

• Support and participate in customer service and leasing duties, including telephone marketing, greeting prospective residents, gathering information, setting appointments, showing units, generating quotes, closing, and securing deposits.
• Assist in preparing paperwork for new and renewal leases.
• Process renewal rates and deliver renewal letters to secure renewals.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid or late balances and enforce leases to maximize revenue.
• Assist Community Manager with resident activities, newsletters, and retention efforts.
