Peak Living is seeking a Leasing Specialist to join our team at one of our multi-family communities. You will support and participate in customer service and leasing tasks, greet prospects, process applications, show apartments, and assist with renewal processes.

The ideal candidate has prior onsite leasing experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication skills. This on-site role offers benefits and opportunities within a growing property management company.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience as leasing consultant or in hospitality preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Assist with customer service and leasing tasks, greet prospects, collect information, set appointments, and show apartments.
• Prepare paperwork for new and renewal lease agreements.
• Assist in delivering renewal letters and securing lease renewals.
• Review files to identify unpaid balances and communicate with residents to collect delinquencies.
