Job summary

Lindmark Companies in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana seeks a land leasing professional to grow our real estate portfolio. You will identify sites, negotiate leases, and work with local agencies on zoning and permits.

Travel across the three states is required, with a competitive bonus package and benefits. Qualifications include 1–3 years in commercial real estate or related fields, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and strong knowledge of zoning, permits, and lease management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial real estate (leasing, brokerage, site selection).
• Land acquisition or site development experience.
• Property or lease management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new lease sites and negotiate leases.
• Negotiate renewal leases for existing sites.
• Read and interpret ordinances and state regulations.
• Apply for permits at the local and state level.
• Attend zoning board or city council meetings as needed.
• Assist with acquisitions as needed.
