Job summary

Lindmark Companies LLC is seeking a land leasing and real estate professional to grow our portfolio across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. You will identify lease sites, negotiate leases, and manage renewals while coordinating with local agencies on zoning and permitting.

Travel is required across the region and you will collaborate with acquisitions as needed. Required: 1–3 years in commercial real estate or site acquisition, with a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial real estate, site acquisition or property/lease management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in real estate, business administration, or marketing.
• Knowledge of zoning laws and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify new lease sites and negotiate leases
• Negotiate renewal leases for existing sites
• Read and interpret ordinances and state regulations
• Apply for permits at the local and state level
• Attend zoning board or city council meetings as needed
• Assist with acquisitions as needed
