Lindmark Companies LLC is seeking a land leasing and real estate professional to grow our portfolio across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana. You will identify lease sites, negotiate leases, and manage renewals while coordinating with local agencies on zoning and permitting.

Travel is required across the region and you will collaborate with acquisitions as needed. Required: 1–3 years in commercial real estate or site acquisition, with a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Description

Put your land leasing, real estate, or site acquisition experience into working in a different and exciting industry! Help our company grow one land lease at a time in Texas, Arkansas and Louisiana. This position handles all functions and activities necessary to maintain and grow the company’s real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. Responsibilities include finding sites for new leases/billboard sign locations and maintaining existing leases while working with state and local agencies for zoning purposes. Travel across Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana is required. Salary based on experience + competitive bonus package, Health Insurance, 401(k), PTO.

Essential Job Functions and Tasks

Requirements

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with 1-3 years of commercial real estate, site acquisition or property/lease management experience.

A bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or Marketing is preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of commercial real estate (leasing, brokerage, site selection)

Land acquisition or site development

Property or lease management

Familiarity with:

• Zoning laws & permitting


• Lease negotiation


• Government processes

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems


• Familiarity with internet browsers


• Experience using Microsoft Outlook


• Working knowledge of Google Earth

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel, including overnight trips as needed
