Arise Financial in Lowell, MA is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist I – Lease to support our consumer lease portfolio. You will handle payment processing, billing, account maintenance, and maturity activities, ensuring accurate records in core and servicing systems.

Qualifications

• Requires basic understanding of mortgage, home equity, and loan servicing terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and records.

• Willingness to learn and support team goals and follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process routine servicing activities for consumer lease accounts including payments, billing, account maintenance, payoff requests, and maturity-related tasks.
• Maintain lease account information in core and servicing systems, updating payment data, fees, and vehicle details.
• Support lease billing and processing of fees and charges in line with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Process payoffs, early terminations, extensions, renewals, and other maturity-related activities with proper approvals.
• Coordinate with dealers, vendors, members and internal teams to resolve servicing issues and gather required documentation.
• Review lease documentation for completeness and correct discrepancies or missing information.
• Assist with vehicle title, registration, insurance and other collateral-related servicing tasks.
• Perform routine GL reconciliations and escalate unusual activity as needed.
• Respond to inquiries about payments, billing, status, payoff info, maturity, and fees.
