Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead credit card portfolio servicing including research and documentation.
• Administer automobile titles and collateral documentation.
• Perform advanced servicing for various loan products and resolve exceptions.
• Support escrow, taxes, insurance and real estate servicing tasks.
• Provide backup for loan funding and cross‑training for team continuity.
• Assist with audits, reporting and process improvements.
