Job summary

Arona Home Essentials seeks a Customer Retention Manager in Columbus, Nebraska. This role involves immediate customer contact for lease renewals and supporting store needs. Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills and fulfill driving and background check requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record) and a valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background investigation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Immediate contact of all customers who have not renewed their lease agreement(s).
• Maintain updated accurate customer information.
• Help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates.
• Monitor customer payment history and habits.
• Collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreements.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
