Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain lease information in information systems.
• Audit CAM, insurance, and real estate tax reconciliations.
• Communicate with landlords and clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage subtenant process and pass-through of invoices.
• Assist with process playbooks and client transitions.
