Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Town and Country, MO, is seeking a Portfolio Administration Coordinator to review lease documents, maintain critical location data, and ensure accurate financial and contractual obligations across accounts.

You will perform data audits, manage invoices, CAM and tax reconciliations, resolve landlord discrepancies, oversee subtenant processes, and coordinate with internal and external partners while training new associates.

Qualifications

• Experience in lease administration and data auditing.
• Ability to review and abstract lease documents and reconcile charges.
• Strong attention to detail for data quality and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract and audit lease documents and maintain data in systems.
• Manage invoices, CAM, insurance and real estate tax reconciliations.
• Resolve landlord discrepancies and ensure timely rent processing.
• Oversee subtenant processes and monthly rent pass-throughs.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and monitor critical dates.
• Train new associates and assist with process playbooks.
