Job summary

Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production wells on a rotating schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency of production equipment and support safety practices in the field.

The role requires hands-on field work, daily site visits by vehicle, and performing calibration, testing, and regulatory paperwork as needed. Housing is not provided; candidate must live within 50 miles of the location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Lease Operator experience.
• Live within 50 miles of job location; housing not provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must meet background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit-for-duty requirements.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs; wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate wells on a rotational schedule to ensure peak efficiency.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• Daily field monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
