Job summary

Danos, LLC in Mississippi seeks a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency of production equipment and support HSE processes.

Daily site monitoring by vehicle, testing and troubleshooting equipment, and completing required regulatory paperwork are part of the role. Strong field maintenance and safe work practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Lease Operator experience required.
• Must live within 50 miles of the job location.
• Housing is not provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to meet background, drug test, MVR and fitness requirements.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple wells daily by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (withelectronicpump-off controller), plunger lift, waterinjection,and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Jobis to be performed byemploying safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
